- 1 lb Ahi tuna loin cut into 1/2 inch dice
- 1/4 cup maui onion minced
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 3 tbsp scallions thinly sliced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds toasted
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Juice of half lime
Whisk together all ingredients except for tuna.
When ready to serve, combine dressing with tuna and squeeze a half lime over top.
Serve with lettuce cups and fried wonton skins.
